SirinThai Ceramics Co.,Ltd is a manufacturer and exporter
of fine quality porcelain figurines and gift items. Our
company is one of Thailand's largest companies that make
handmade porcelain dolls . We are a large ceramic factory
in Thailand located in Nakornpathom and the head office
at Samutsakorn . All products under the name Sirin are originally
designed and crafted by our designers, and are copyrighted.
We are proud of our huge production capacity and excellent
quality with competitive rates.We firmly believe that there
can be no compromise in quality. Every process in thoroughly
scrutinized. Then, finally, objects, with the slightest
of flaws are carefully out from the finished product line
and then destroyed by our extremely experienced quality
control division. New patterns are made rapidly , and well
developed to produce a new sample as requests. We would

Process of manufacturing
 Sirin
's products are carefully designed by our design department.
After the design is being approved, the craft department
then transferred the drawing in to wax model. From the wax
model, working molds are being made for casting clay slip.
The clay slip is poured in to the working plaster mold,
let dry and the clay pieces are removed from the mold. Each
figurine might have up to 10 pieces clay parts. Each piece
of clay parts have to join together by using clay slip,
the joining processes have to be done very carefully and
precisely to make a perfect figurine.
Let the clay figurine dry under room temperature then fire
to bisque temperature of 800 degree centigrade. Each piece
of fire bisque figurines is being carefully checked for
imperfection. Defected bisque figurines have to be removed
from the production process.
